Castrol Classic XL 30 is primarily for pre-1950 veteran, vintage and classic cars requiring an SAE 30 lubricant.
It is suitable for use in automotive gasoline engines where an API SB performance level is recommended.
It is also applicable to a number of manually operated gearboxes, including Wilson pre-selects, fitted to vintage and classic cars.
